Lately...

Well, I haven't done very well with my "30 Days of Thankfulness!"  Sorry!  Today is day 21 and I would like to say that I'm thankful for my parents.  They have done so much for me and my sisters over the years, and they continue to do everything that they can for us.
Lately, we have been busy, busy!   I subbed the past 2 Thursdays and Fridays, and went down to Benton both weekends.  We had a "going-away party" for Blake, Ericka, and Bailey on Saturday which was bitter sweet because we hate to see them move away!  Here are some pictures from the past couple of weeks.
Hallie Grace turned 3 months on November 16.  She is babbling a lot and she is such a happy baby!  She sleeps through the night, and is so perfect!

So Happy!

She loves playing in her little gym!

Already reading! Ha!

Day 16

I'm thankful to live only 30 minutes from my sister Ashley and Andy.  I'm so glad that we live around the same area because we are able to get together for dinners and spend time together any time!

Day 15

Today I'm thankful for my athletic abilities God gave me...Without them, I wouldn't have been able to get my weight off after HG was born. :)  And, I'm thankful for it because it opened up great opportunities for me in my life.

Another Weekend in Benton

When I got done subbing Friday I went home and picked up Hallie Grace, and we went down to Benton for the weekend.  Tilly was already at mom and dad's and she was so excited to see Hallie Grace!  Saturday we got ready and went to Sydney's wedding shower, and Saturday night we went over to Ericka's to spend some time with her while she packed up stuff from her house.  Sunday morning we went to church while Leslie and Eric and Tilly watched HG for us.  Then, Sunday afternoon we headed back to Russellville.  We were go, go, go pretty much all weekend so we passed out about 7 last night! :)  But, we had a great weekend!
Happy Girl!

 Beautiful Bride-to-Be

Giddy up horsie!

Sunday morning, sleepy girls!

Day 14

Well, I missed a couple of days due to work and being out of town.  BAD excuse, but I don't feel the need to go back and correct it.....So, Day 14 I'm thankful for my car that gets me place to place. :)  Without a car that is in good shape, I wouldn't be able to drive down and see my family as often as I do!  Sometimes I complain about having a 2 door car, but I realized that I'm thankful to have a decent ride that gets me to where I need/want to be. :)

Day 8

I'm thankful for a husband with a sense of humor.  We have been laughing so hard at funny youtube videos all night!  We really have a lot of fun together and I'm so glad that we can be silly around each other.  :)

Day 7

I'm thankful for Hallie Grace's sweet smile!  It makes any day brighter, and it melts my heart!  She smiles so big, and it makes me happy to know that she's happy!  I know her daddy is thankful for her smile because it makes his day when he gets home from work.  :)
I know she's not smiling in this picture, but we were talking to her and making noises, and she was smiling so big, and "laughing and talking" back.  I tried to upload a video, but it wouldn't work for some reason!  She just stares at the camera when she she's it in her face instead of keeping her smile.

Happy Birthday Jayden!

Matt's sister's little girl Jayden turned 3 years old on Saturday and her birthday party was Sunday at her house.  She is such a cutie pie!  She got a new bicycle, clothes, hair bows, and a few little princess toys.  She was one happy little girl! :)

Day 6

I'm thankful to be able to worship God whenever and wherever I want to.  God sent his son Jesus Christ to save me from my sins and I'm so thankful to be able to praise him daily!

Day 5

I'm thankful for Saturday's with this little girl!  This Saturday we have stayed at home, but we are usually busy going somewhere and seeing family.  I get every day with my Hallie Grace, but there is something special about Saturdays!  She is so precious all the time, but especially when she's sleeping!...She looks so peaceful :)

Day 4

I'm thankful for "date night."  Kind of silly, but I'm thankful to have a date night with Matt where we can enjoy each others company and have some time to focus on only each other.  When we have a date night we laugh and act goofy with each other, and it is so much fun!  Date night is something we both really look forward to!

Day 3

I'm thankful for my friends!  I had lunch with one of my friends today and I just realized that I'm thankful for the friends that I have.  Having a friend that just texts you out of the blue to go to lunch and you know that you can just get ready in a few minutes and be there is a great gift.  I've had friends come and go in my life and deep down in my heart I  know who my true friends are and I'm so grateful for them.  :)  I even have friends from high school that I'm still friends with today, and they were even at the hospital when Hallie Grace was born.  True friends are there for you when you really need them!

Day 2

I am thankful to be able to stay at home with my Hallie Grace.  Most moms have to get back to work after six weeks, but I'm lucky enough to be able to stay at home with her each and every day.  I will probably go back to work next year, but for now it is nice to lay around with her, go shopping, read books, kiss on her, and play with her during the day.  She is such a joy and blessing to mine and her dad's life and I'm very thankful for all of the time I get to spend with her!

30 Days of Thankfulness!

For each day in the month of November, I'm going to blog about something I'm thankful for.  For day 1 I'm thankful to have a husband who is so happy about being a daddy.  He loves his little girl so much, and he is a great dad!  He helps me so much and he shows our little girl so much love!  Thank you God for Hallie Grace's daddy.

Our little Pumpkin's First Halloween!

When the question came up about what Hallie Grace would be for Halloween, I knew right away that she was going to be a pumpkin!  I can remember this picture that my mom has of the three of us sisters dressed up as pumpkins when we were babies and I loved it!  My mom and I found this cute, girly pumpkin outfit at Cracker Barrel one weekend and I knew that it would be perfect!  For Hallie Grace's first Halloween, we took a trip to Wal-Mart to get some candy and then we came back home and enjoyed spending time together.  There is not much you can do with a 2 month old for Halloween because she doesn't really understand what's going on, so we just hung out as a little family.  Hope everyone enjoyed their day!

We just love our happy pumpkin to pieces!!
