Hallie Grace is 10 Months Old!!

We can't believe that Hallie Grace is already 10 months old!  Time sure has flown by!  She is such a joy, and sometimes we find ourselves sitting around just watching her play, and laughing at how funny she is.  Some things HG is doing:  walking, making a lot of babbles, clapping, blowing kisses, waving "hi" and "bye bye."  She has 2 teeth, sleeps all night long, takes one pretty good nap a day, and is eating anything and everything!  What a joy and blessing God has put into our lives. :)

Happy Father's Day!

First of all, Happy Father's Day to my wonderful dad!  He has always been a great listener, and supported me and my sisters throughout our lives.  It's got to be hard being a dad to 4 girls, and no boys....but he is awesome and loves every minute of it! :) 
I am very thankful for my loving and caring husband, because he is such a wonderful daddy to Hallie Grace.  She is lucky to have him for a dad, and I love watching him interact with her and take care of her every day.  I hope he had a special day! Our families came down for a cookout, and we had a great time playing outside with the kids, and playing washers most of the afternoon.  Love family time!

Allison's Graduation

We are so proud of my sister Allison, who graduated from nursing school Monday night.  She worked so hard studying, going to clinicals, and doing so much work throughout her nursing school experience.  Monday night was a night filled with such joy and accomplishment!  Good job, Allison!  You are going to make a great nurse!!

Smith Family Reunion 2012

One my first posts on my blog was about the Smith Family Reunion.  It's the second weekend in June every year, and it's for my nana's dad's family.  We go down to Dadeville, Alabama and stay at my Aunt Marlene's house on Lake Martin.  On Saturday we go to the Harris's cabin and spend the day playing cards, visiting, and eating some great food! This was Hallie Grace's first time down there, and I believe she had a great time!  It rained all day Saturday so we weren't able to swim, but she didn't know any better!
