First Mesh Wreath

Matt has worked in the yard a good bit since Hallie Grace has been born because he is wanting it to look nice, and be something that we are proud of.  SOOOO...Since he finished the flower beds and has made it look nice, I decided to add a nice wreath to the front door!  It makes sense, right?  This is my first ever wreath to make, so I know it's not perfect, but I really like it!

Monthly Stickers

I bought these stickers on etsy.com that say '0 Months,' '1 Month,' and so on... I'm going to be putting a sticker on Hallie Grace each month to show her growth progress from month to month until she's one.  It will be neat to see how much she changes in a year!  Here is Hallie Grace at 0 Months. (20 days to be exact)

Mommy & Hallie Grace's First Day out.. JUST US TWO!

Today was the first day that me and Hallie Grace went to town all by ourselves!  We had to go to the post office, co-op, and then Hobby Lobby.  (The last place we didn't HAVE to go to, but I'm working on a project!)  She did very well!  She ate well before we left, and had a good clean diaper, so she didn't get fussy at all!  We were gone for a good 2 hours and it was nice little trip to town.  Today she is 3 weeks old!

Happy Labor Day!

Observed on the first Monday in September, Labor Day pays tribute to the contributions and achievements of American workers. It was created by the labor movement in the late 19th century and became a federal holiday in 1894. Just thought I would post about what Labor Day actually is all about.  Too bad daddy had to work today!  Here is our little girl in her "Labor Day outfit!"  Hope everyone had a great day off...if you had one!

Day of Birthday Parties

This past weekend we went down to my parents house.  Saturday morning we went to a good friend of ours daughter's birthday party, and then we went to our cousin, Bailey's birthday party!  Busy, Busy day! Of course Hallie Grace didn't realize we were at parties, but everyone enjoyed seeing her!
